Why do ppl not state PCD on wheel auctions

whqqsh, Mar 24, 6:43pm
or at least what car/s theyll fit! or even better state PCD yet actually measure adjacent holes.

franc123, Mar 24, 6:45pm
Because most of them don't know the term or what it means!

biddy6, Mar 24, 8:28pm
And a lot of them dont know how to use a measuring device!

whqqsh, Mar 24, 8:33pm
fair enough as some have trouble counting to 10 let alone using a ruler but there often isnt even a mention of what vehicle theyve come off

mk3zephyr, Mar 24, 9:34pm
jeez, what more do you want!, you are just supposed to know ok

directorylist, Mar 24, 9:36pm
Most of them barely knew enough to steal them off the car.

How are they supposed to know what they came off! it was dark.

What does PCD stand for!

motig, Mar 25, 6:19am
Yeah

kcf, Mar 25, 6:39am
"the wheels came of a Mitsubishi".

C'mon, what more could you possibly need to know!

;)

You can measure the PCD of a 5 stud with a ruler! Cool.

whqqsh, Mar 25, 1:53pm
if youre on the net to advertise the wheels how hard is it to google a pcd formula!. took me 10 seconds to type in & find this as the first in the list on google http://www.westerntowing.co.uk/acatalog/PCD_Calculation.html

And no one can ever find the offset, when ever I ask I usually get fwd or rwd offset. like that means anything, so many retards out there

mrfxit, Aug 25, 8:07am
Fwd or Rwd can be a difference between anything from 5mm to 50mm & some plus or less then that.
BUT
Generally a Fwd rim is a risky fit on a Rwd vehicle & a Rwd rim on a Fwd vehicle will generally stick out side the guards
