I have a Honda Jazz(2003) that has failed its warrant on a worn rearwheel bearing. Would be grateful if anyone knows what it would cost me to replace at a garage. Cheers.

Jazz is fairly small and standard. I would say probably $120 for the bearing and $60 for the job. I could be wrong tho

Great, thats a start. Does anyone else have any ideas what the cost could be. (Lady car owner) I cant fix it myself and l dont want to pay more than l should either.

The bearing is more like $30 and 1 hours labour.

It should be in the $200 price range, get a price from more then one garage tho

I wish it was, you'll probably find it's part of the hub (but I don't know for sure), like Nissan Primera, so the part could be $500 +

It could be. But I very much doubt it.

Abit worried now about the hub part. How common is the wheel bearing involved in the hub!
Virtually unheard of 10 years ago. Becoming more common.
