JUST RERINGED MY XR200R AND NOW WONT GO, NEED TO KNOW HOW TO SET UP TIMING MARKS IN RELATION TO TOP DEAD CENTRE AND HOW TO ADJUST CAM CHAIN

Pretty sure you hold a ruler or string to line both marks on cam sprocket and tdc mark on rotor. To move teeth you need to slacken chain tensioner, usually remove cam/sprocket bolts, and there should be enough slack to move it one tooth at a time.

with the flywheel on the T mark. the cam gear has two hash marks on it. with the cam lobes facing equally away from the tappets, meaning no valve is being opened. the two hash marks on the gear are to be installed where they are flush with the valve cover gasket surface.
