The way it should . Went and got a quote to have it fixed and was quoted $900.00 . The guy said the seals were stuffed. Not having $900.00 I just put up with it . Well a friend who noticed the problems I was having with while loading theelectric wheelchair said he wanted to have a look at it. The next day he added some hydraulic fluid and bleed it . Also tighten a thing that goes to the ram and its all Fixed . Whoop whoop !
