what is a 304! (please seriously)

Belky 304 is a Holden V8 (after the 308).
You'd need to work out what rev range you are going to spend most of your time in and base it on that.No point in a top end manifold if you don't spend much time there.Do a bit of google research on real world results though, they don't always match the marketing.

Its a Holden 5 litre V8 (Lb9), fuel injected engine.

Another question (not an expert on 304's, and assuming it's a Commodore!
But why spend all that effort on a 304 when you could probably do an LS1 for less total outlay!

Way more power and much more efficient/lighter engine too.

What type of commodore do you have! What compression ratio do you have! What are your cam spec's!A real good manifold is the torque power high rise dual plane rev range 1500-6800.
