Just wanting to know whats better turbo diesel or non turbo diesel and which has more value! Looking into buying one of these but don't know much about them. Cheers

You can't buy non turbo diesel ones in that era, it was only the 1996-99 models with the 2.5 engine that were non turbo. They are slow in the extreme compared with the post 99 turbo models. There is also a thirsty and fairly gutless 2.6 petrol option but these are rare,perhaps thankfully. Good trucks overall but watch for neglected cooling systems which quickly lead to cracked heads and noisy gearboxes and diffs, they were highly prone to bearings going in them, as well as the rear wheel bearings.

Get the turbo, good power and torque. The non turbo will make you feel depressed.
