key way gone and damage to pulley where key way sits,lock tight was used on bolt but it came loose after 500ks plus,any ideas what to do!

Build back up crank. New key and pully. Torque up crank and locktight again.

thanks,and the crank apairs a bit sus,maybe it vibrated the bolt loose,

Heres one for ya Keith 0274 three two three 284. He can repair a crank in place if required.

key way gone and chunk missing like the key way jammed up and broke a 30mm piece of the pulley
