hi, (b16a) is it ok to run a sandwich plate feed to the turbo oil in, and return (from turbo) drain to the sump and use the small bolt by the vtec solenoid as a feed point to a oil cooler and return the oil cooler to the return point on the sandwich plate!
hope that made sense ! any help would be much appreciated

oil lubed, not cooled. Use a "T" join where your oil pressure sensor is and run that to your turbo oil feed, drain to sump.

I'd say the oil exiting the turbo is a higher temperature than the oil entering.

and ive heard the oil pressure sensor point has to much fluctuation for a turbo oil feed thats why im using the sandwich plate as a feed

Workmates car (dc2 Integra, with 675hp at front wheels) he just said he takes the oil feed off the main gallery, and tees into the oil pressure switch.
