have justbrought my first diesel and all runing ok. motor has just started surge and then cut out. the motor will restart and then die a couple of times and then be ok. just wondering if anyone had any ideas wot prob mite be. will take to shop but would like some idea of mite me wrong. thanks kevin

Is this the old square shape or the newer PR50!

If it is the PR50, check the air intake hose for splits between the turbo and air flow meter, very common on these.
