anyone done this and has any idea how much a 16inch kids bike would cost!

by the time you strip it to bear metal and then powdercoat it you could probably buy a new one , use a spray can.

Agreed and some powdercoating is not good quality.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
