Doing up a Honda ct125 for kids and need some skilled help that wont cost me more than the bikes worth. Main issues no spark (think its due to wiring loom which I want ripped out) and stuck clutch

If you can't do it yourself and, in your opinion, it's not worth enough to warrant paying someone to do (not sure why you'd put a limit on work as to the value of the bike when not running though - that's like saying iron sand isn't worth much so you wouldn't want to turn it into steel), or you don't have a sucker mate that you can take advantage of, I would advise you to not start these missions and simply buy one that is running.
