Generally, Dealers try to maintain your car to as near new as possible, no leaks, fluids in good condition etc. A lot of garages (not all) more look at just maintaining your car to a roadworthy state, meaning fluid if doing its job won't be replaced, a small oil seepage is fine etc

May not apply to your car but I have struck leaking covers on mitshi V6 engines that were caused by a blocked breather/PCV valve.10 minuites to fix.
