I own a 1999 subaru B4 non turbo. It has the HID bulbs in it, now my problem is the drivers low beam starting flickering a few weeks ago when lights were turned on, but it still worked. but then a few days ago it just stopped working. I took the bulb out and turned lights on and the bulb flickers on as if was trying to ignite but doesn't hold. Now done research bulbs are any where from 130 to 270$ , My question is is the bulb buggered or does my car have wiring issues.

Does anyone know!

Can you put it in the other side and see what happens to it then!
