ok got a project car with dead plates,still got the black plates on the car that i would like to keep. have the old ownership papers as well. havent made a start on the car as yet. so the ! is does one get it regoed befor or after i make a start on the car!

when it is finished (to wof standard) you'll have to take it in to be re- registered, think it's $480 odd for the inspection
