Hi, Am tossing up whether to consider trading in my 92 corolla hatch 1.6, approx 136,000kms. great car apart from a few VERY small dings, and a little bit of rust, or whether I'd actually get way more selling it on trademe. I don't have a car in mind yet - but if it were in a yard I'd be going for something 5-8K max. What would my ballpark figure be to expect from the dealers for a trade in! Cheers

You really won't get much for something like that you'd be better off putting it on trademe

i agree with above comments, sell private, i recently sold a 1991 corolla sedan, had diffrent coloured doors, to the rest of the body, had 368000km on the clock, sold it for $1200, sold within a few days of having it listed on TM
