Out of those I would pick the mazda as well, If you havent already have a look at the newer shape (2003 onwards) Nissan Presage. We have one and find it pretty good. We decided between that and the mazda. Slightly different layout options of the rear seats from memory which was partly what helped us decide.

Need the seat to come out or lay flat as its used as a van in the week so bigger the better. Is the V6 Mazda got much more power than the 2.3 as I will be towing

You mean the Mazda cx9 I take it ! , should be so much nicer to drive than the Nissan , and don't even bother to compare the Chrysler to it . Might also be the dearest option as will be a recent-year NZ new vehicle ! (don't know of any imports). Much bigger (also a 7 seater) and more power across the range compared to cx7.

No it was theMazda MPV V6 not the CX9 I might be after
