Hi all Im looking for a tyre! thing is the tyres on my car thave different numbers (not all of them tho). okay
1. 225/45R17 91w
2. 225/45R17 90w
3. 225/45R17 94w
Could someone let me know if the 94,91 and 90 make any difference! and what they are!
Thanks in advance!

Yes, they are your load rating. Your car must have the same on the same axle or within two. For example, on the rear, you can have the 90w on one side and then anything from a 88w to 92w on the other side - you could not mix the 94w on the other side.

I'm guessing you have two 94w's on one axle and the 90w and 91w on the other axle.

Umm my car has
F/Left - 91w
F/Right - 94w
B/Right - 91w
B/Left - 90w
its so confusing! I need the F/Left replaced! Is the 94w not surpose to be there or something!

As above stated it is load rating and the letter is speed rating.
What you have presented there is perfectly legal and will pass a wof. Do not lose sleep over it.

No! That would fail. The front axle has a difference of 3 - that should not pass a WOF. You would either need to replace the L/F with one to match the R/F or vise versa.

Great thanks for that. umm also do you think I should get a new 94w to be on the same axle or just stick to getting 91w replacement!

I'd keep whichever has the most tread on it and get one to match that.

Thank you thats what I was worried about.
