just brourt this car the s light is not on the over drive dosent work the engen cheak light is not on gears work if you put in first but in drive it wont go it is like it is stuke it 3 or 4 but will change manule ly thow eny one help

I reckon it just needs a push to a beach. fill the thing with expanding foam, stick a mast and small sail on it, wait for an offshore wind and let mother nature do the rest.
OP - did the pre-purchase inspection you had done on it reveal any faults!
