Can anyone help does the radiator fan run all the time or should it shut off and on. Only it's a new car and my Honda before use to come on and off.

I'm *pretty* sure it should only come on when engine is hot. And then switch in and out as necessary. Your thermo switch might be faulty.

It should come on and off as required by the engine temp. Is the air con on! If it is, this can activate the radiator fans.

2002-on model! most likely needs a fan control unit. small ecu that is mounted behind the radiator on the fan shroud near the battery. I have changed a couple of these which had the cooling fan coming on very early from cold, and not shutting off.

radiator fan often run constant if the aircon is on. otherwiseonly when reaching above running themperature stops when it coooled below.

no everthing is off fan still goes and the engine is cold

Either a faulty sensor etc, or someone has hard wired it to always operate, for whatever reason ( they knew it was faulty or it is overheating), get it checked out professionally.
