Is it possible to take sump off in situlooks like it ,#4 piston has broken or stuck ring soiling the plug up so bad wont fire .All othershave 140 - 150 psicomp& #4 is at30psi& pressure inthecrankcase .

Pull the pushrods on #4 and seek another engine eventually.
