Getting confused with all the choice out there for small cars. tried a Tiida, very nice but underpowered, guess the Nissan Note will have the same engine! Would the note be as quiet as the Tiida or as comfy! Seem good value on paper. Appreciate any comments from people who have one. Also are all Tiidas/Notes fitted with CVT, and are these better than the older versions fitted to Primeras! Cheers

Ambo--they are an ok car. I describe them as a stretched march or what a march wagon would look like.Not in the same realm as the tiida or runx etc

Try a Tiida with the 1.8L engine, they drive much better than the 1.5L.

I recall reading that the Note was based on a Renault derivative. That's not necessarily a bad thing. Google it to get more info. As kaz says, the Note and Tiida are very different classes of car.
