What's that actually mean! I have a 1996 primera auto with low K's, and can't hear any noises whatsoever.

That sounds like the diff, some of them whine quite loudly on overrun as you slow down to a stop. It can be fixed or improved, but not usually worth the cost, and rarely get any worse with use. Have had very low km ones that did it too.

Transfer gears get noisy, very common and don't need to worry will go for ever like that.
