Looks like you needa couple of wheels from a "big red" or similar.

The sad thing is that I could probably get a new Taiwan trolley from SC for less then a pair of tubes (I have spare rims & the tyres are ok)

I know a guy who buys trolleys from the Whare House, takes the wheels off and scraps the frame, coz it's the cheapest way to buy the wheels.
I reckon the tubes are crap. I had fitted new ones and they still went flat. That's when the red haze set in.

you can get a new trolley from supersheep for 35$ i think the women said, the wheel it self i found for 15$ at arthurs emporium or 30$ each for what seemed blue full rubber wheel and 18 each for solidhard rubber all on steel rims , Now i am going to fix my one with cement in the tyre my mate gave me a bag of cement just got to find some sand and mix it up looks like a trip to the beach for sand . and i got to eat a tin of tomatos for my boxing lol.
