Has anyone tried those car service deals that cost only $150 to the value of $1200 worth of work? It sounds too good to be true? What's the catch? Do they normal find other faults with your car and screw you over that way?

if it is the little card things that are sold either door to door or at shopping malls. they are a bit of a scam.
read the fine print very carefully and expect to pay throught the nose for parts and extras.
also compare the so called retail prices to the actual prices of the services offered. usually the only free thing is the extra warrant.
