If it can get a new wof with no expense and if its got at least six months license on it I'd ask 1800 for it to start, all you need to do is emphasise the good fuel economy and lowish kms and gloss over its age and unsafe orphan status and they will come a runnin.

yes it will have a new wof, he scrapes are "old people parking rubbing on the corners" not major garks, mind you 91 and still driving not bad eh, badly but still doing it
