best way to fix / clean the sticky dash melt . or just buy a dash cover n never look under it.

not completely yet , saw some shockers on you tube , but i can remove some stuff with my fingernail . so not totally gone yet . found one kiwi guys fix remove all dash cleaned with meths to remove black goo and vinyl sprayed. re fitted , i might get away with a good armor all type product. concerned it will get to the U.S style dash melt. kiwi sun is harsh. whats best product to clean protect modern cheaply made dash boards

I think its more the cleaning products that have been used- Some surfaces really don't like it.

This is a problem that has affected the Toyota Prados. world Wide with the dashes cracking have heard there was a recall In the USA to fix them but the Australian Prado are having alot of problems With the heat Any one else got cracks in there Prado dashboards
