I'm sure it is supposed to be around 800 to 1000? Whats the fix? Also still getting a flat spot on acceleration sometimes. Put fuel cleaner and injector cleaner through but its only improved it a bit. Put.ting the Ac on brings the revs down

Is the thermostat working correctly? If not, it could be running on cold start idle speed.Change thermostat if necessary.

Air leak between the afm and throttle body, if it uses an afm.

i had similar on a 3sge celica. tried a few things, everything made it abit better until it was smooth. cleaned throttle body and idle control valve properly. changed plugs. replaced faulty thermostat. adjusted timing.
then it idled but i still had a flat spot between 2 and 3.5k rpm replaced leads, cap and rotor and its much better now.

Yep I've just come back from and errand and did notice the temperature isn't getting up to normal etc etc-era. Thanks people.
