Get some nice looking chrome or coloured wheel nuts then remove the other 3 covers?

you will not find a replacement sorry best option mag and turbo wharehouse used to do some plastic inserts years ago ask them

Yeah was looking at nuts, but still kinda ugly as theres just this round hole that the cover covers.
Might just move the covers around to left rear so as the driver I dont see it as often. Will check out mag n turbo
