I don't believe so, only ever seen used import Pulsars of that year with them. The Q was very much an appearance package of an otherwise pretty basic car, manual trans mated with the lively little GA16DE was the best part.

Do know that the 1997 hatchback model had drivers airbag as a family member used to own one
