Did these come out with a floor gear change or were they only column change? If anyone knows be great thanks as the one I have is floor change I don't think it is standard.

Just had a play on Google images and found both. Though the number of interior images was limited. Converting to floor change was popular in the late 60's 70's and nothing to say it hasn't been fiddled with.

Hi, Had one of these as a company vehicle in the day. Floor change, back then I worked for the old NZPO as an alectrician, we had many J2 vans all floor change.

Came out as either.should be nice and neat if factory fitted , and has a small metal pedestal close to the engine cover,most ''home done'' ones tend to be a cold chisel job , and remnants of the original column change may be still visible.
