I run 18 ' on my 328 same combo , but found 38 front & 40 rear better , they were wearing on the outside more than centre at 36 / 38 though i tend to be a bit agreesive on the corners , even had full wheel alignment check &ok .

I prefer a little more oversteering in corners for the 330 and set a softer front and harder rear. I also have a 335ci which has 38-40 lb specified for it.
