Oil type for my manual gearbox?

Getting the old 96 Vanette back shortly after rings and bearings etc, thought I may as well shout it a fluids change also, i.e gearbox/diff/transfer box. but I can't find anything on the net about what exact oils to use? I'm "guessing" something like 80w90 for gearbox, but would love to know the correct fluids. Its a 1996 Nissan Vanette, F8 petrol motor, 5 speed manual, 4WD. Have never seen another one around, but I think they are the same as a Bongo/Econovan, Anyone on here who knows the correct fluid for gearbox etc? Cheers

Suggesting vmx 80 which is a mild EP oil. This would suggest using a full EP gear oil unwise

Go for a synthetic oil 100% and watch the savings you achieve
