Unless the bushes have been done previously it would be best to change both the link (which the balljoint is part of) and the bushes too. You'd best ask BNT whether they sell it as a combined kit or if they are sold separately.

If you aren't using the truck too hard those ones shown will be fine, and they have the rubbers shown on them. If you take it over uneven rough terrain those links might break if they are a bit chinese. But the truck will still be drivable.
