Wow, how the hell could anyone treat it so bad. Ok, replace seats with good second hand one, you'll never get those ones good. You could cover them if you want to spend less but you'd always know what's underneath. Reupholstery posdible of course, but might be more than good second hand seats, check local upholstery places. What about carpets, surely their knackered too? If it's been kept like this has it been serviced? Would they bother? If not, careful, reliable things but diesels do need oils etc.
