Do these come with 2 different manual gearbox option's. Gearbox has blown again, 2nd time in 225,000k, now they say it's a light gearbox like a car

What year and engine are you talking? The first of the PX series 3.2L had an issue with the way they assembled the gearbox that caused the gears to come off the shaft, but that is fixed in later models.
