Looking to purchase a mazda atenza wagon, we have 2 main options we like. What are your opinions on the difference between a 2008 and 2010 model? Same price, 2008 lower Kms (by 10,0000).

The facelift model was released in January 2010. Personally, I'd go for the 2010 if they're both in similar condition.

Im with utwo . In 2030 your 2008 car will seem 'SO OLD ! ' . just like being born in 1959 seems sooooooo much older than if you were born in 1960 .

I would go for the 2010. I have only driven the 2.5 petrol in that model and it was great. There is a 2.0 model but I have not driven or worked on one.

Assuming you meant there is only 10,000km difference between the two then yes the later model one. Everything else being equal of course, if the newer one appears to have had a harder life or service items have been overlooked, or all the tyres are getting worn on it then maybe the older one could be the better buy.

Bang for buck I wouldn't buy either--Given you are working with a 10k budget as mentioned in our other thread,.
