. 3rd party on my car I've had insured by TM for years now just went from $120 to $270 for no reason, no change in circumstances etc. Derp.
I've done the quick comparison of the usual suspects, ironically Tower who underwrites TM is quite a bit cheaper direct, but State seems the best option @ $180. Any others out of left field I should look at?

Tower just wanted to decrease my value by 10K and raise my fees by 20%. Problem is the cars gone up in value and they won't agree.

So its not just me! Sons BMW jumped from $700 to $900 and my ute from $500 to $700. The houses have gone up as well! Overall its gone up over 1k from last year and we are insuring less things.
