Anyone replaced one of these.! Looks like one of those PITA jobs. Any tips would be appreciated.

Quite easy, take 15mins, take the cable of the throttle body, take it off the pedal and it will pull through, why does it need replacing! They should never wear out

Rubber bushes in the balance weight/connector piece crumbled. Yes .took it off the throttle body and pulled it thru.now have to fit new bushes and reassemble. Thanks. Took long enough to figure out how to get at it (remove glove box for some room).
