Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on this for me. My Mrs car is a 93 Mazda Lantis 2.0L. I'm wanting to give it an oil and filter change but need to confirm whether or not the 1.6L engine oil filter will fit as the 2.0L engine isn't listed in any of the filter books in the Auto part stores. My wagon's off the road at the mo and this cars our only transport, otherwise I'd just take the old one off and get the part number. Any thoughts!

The 2.0 will take a Z411 the 1.8 will take Z436 is there even a 1.6 engined Lantis!

Yeah sorry, I did mean the 1.8. Her number plate is FEMF8L, if you can't pick anything up I'll try the Z411. Cheers for the help so far!

The only difference between those two filters is the length.

the part numbers are different also!
