The rear shows 38 front 32 the front looks like the tyre wall is just about touching the road. When the alloys were put on tyre shop put extra 2 pound in rear because of hoist in the vehicle. What pressure should the front be!

Depends on driving style but I'd be going 40 front, 38 rear. Also use a proper gauge.DONT rely on the useless inaccurate rubbish found at gas stations.
