16mm bung on the R/H rear of the trans.

As above. There is no dipstick. As above. You need to undo the bung, rear r/h side above exhaust bracket. Remove said bung, the fluid basically should drip/come out, then level is ok. To service, drop pan and replace filter, then refill level through bung. Arse of an idea. A full trans flush is recommended, (May take up to 16L of ATF) and realistically easier to have a shop do it if you can spare the $$.

Easy. Open the bonnet, and you'll see a dipstick by the intake manifold, it's yellow. Make sure the engine is not running and vehicle is on level ground. Pull the dipstick out and wipe it clean with a cloth. Insert the dipstick as far as it goes, and pull it out again. The level should be between the low and full marks. If the level is at low or below, add 1 litre of oil and check again after 30 seconds. The engine oil is filled through the oil filler cap, which is on top of the engine near the front of the rocker cover.

98! AU I'm guessing!

They take 5.5L of Engine Oil, dipstick as mentioned is by the intake manifold.

OK check level of engine oil with dipstick. If you don't get that, then get a taxi.

Is it checked with the engine idling or not! Very important if the reading is to be correct.
