think my gearboxs syncro's gone, how hard is it to fix! cost much! its for a holden 202 3spd manual

Pretty big job. Means almost completely dismantling the transmission and replacing the rings. You could do what I do and learn to double clutch, in which you manually do what the syncro does. Also has the added bonus that you'll be able to drive a heavy truck if you ever need to (these don't have syncro)

Is it not right that gearboxes with syncromesh gears need a good quality oil, not like the old ones we used to fill with EP 90. is it called super slip oil!or something like that.
