hey, we have innova that runs the 2 litre F20 SOHC injected motor (non vtec). I suspect the egr ports are partially blocked on the inlet manifold. It's a pig of a job to access the ports to clean them. What I need to know, Can you simply disable the EGR by disconnecting the electronics and removing the vacum pipe! Secondly would it harm the engine without the egr set up operational!

If it is already blocked then it is disabled anyway.

Nah, not that lucky, only partially blocked, which is causing the erratic running around highway speed
