1998 ,got a colour dvd monitor in it ,lights up .but says no signal , whin dvd in the stereo. would like to get it going any one no who to ask or any ideas . thanks

yes it is - so long as it is hooked up to the handbrake - so hand brake in on position allows it to be viewed bypassenger - if driver is DUMBASS enough to view it then they deserve points and license taken off them FULL STOP!
