there ok until they go bang and you cant get parts for them, go for a reputable brand like cigweld,millar,lincoln, there will be others that people will recommend,

Depends what you plan to do with it, the cheap chineese ones are fine for the odd bit of use at home etc or light industrial use. For trade use id spend decent money on a good brand, Kempi, Cebora, Lincoln, Miller etc

Try and buy a Lincoln 160T. Well worth the extra money.
