HI im looking for a motorbike engine and gearbox preferabley in Dunedin and also needs to be cheap if not running pls state problem ect

Must be a Motorcycle wreckers in Dunedin! Why do you need 1000cc! Most two seater off roaders are only 250.

thats what i was thinking, i built one years back with a 400 in it, was too bloody fast and it ended up being rolled and written off

I built a large one when I was 14. It ran on 10" atv wheels and was too long to fit on a tandem trailer. It was powered by a TT500 engine for about a week. after a few uncontrollable moments I fitted a DR250 and it became alot more user friendly
So spend the 7 - 10 K quoted on the website to build the rolling chassis yourself and then worry about finding an engine. Or buy an already built one.
