I have a Subaru legacy, its my workhorse. It has 205/60/15 tyres. I would like to fit some near new 195/60/15 tyres I have in the garage. is there any problems with doing this! Will it affect the car greatly!

Forgot to add two of the near new tyres are 195/55/15 and two are 195/50/15.

no, don't fit them. The mis-match between front and rear axles will do no good for the center differential - Subarus really don't like mis-matched tyre sizes, even when you have the same size front/rear and one pair are worn while the other are near new. You get all sorts of binding happening when turning/reversing at low speeds. Just fit another set of 205/60 R15 and be done with it. Sell off your mis-matched set to help pay for the new set.
Oh & TOTALLY agree with Phillip. Use the calculator to understand WHY
