Where have all the scrap yards gone! I need to find some thin panel steel, side of a stove or washing machine would be good but all the yard seem to have gone!.

Yeah, had a look, do they sell or just buy!. I used to go to the guy down the driveway near Blackwoods Paykels but he has gone.

Scrap palace used to sell,so I guess they should still do.Theres one down woodwood street by Aussie spares as well.

Yeah there are still alot of yards around. Some are just hidden away so best to look in yellowpages. CMA Recyling down Ellis may have some steel, they are HUGE. Scrap Palace doesnt seem as large as CMA but may more likely sell.
