What should I use in this car! A semi-synthetic! What grade!
Also how often should I change the oil. I hear 5000k from one person and 10000k from another.

Decent 10w-40 with an API rating of SH or better is fine. Service schedule says 15,000KM or 12mths, but I would be inclined to do it every 10,000KM or 6mth. Whether you use a synthetic oil is up to you.
