Had a closer look at the video, he has a sparkplug (run from an trembler and coil)in each exhaust and a relay that powers up the trembler and cuts the ignition when a switch is pushed. You can hear him bring the revs up and hit the button, as the revs drop the motor pumps unburnt gas and air into the exhaust where it is ignited by the sparkplugs. You can hear the revs come up again and see the flames stop when he takes his finger off the button.Pretty cool and probably not too hard to build your own system.

Comes straight out the headers and into a big stainless exhaust each size, it flames out a lot on the overrun. I don't need no gizmos ;)

This would be popular in south africa, its very common to have this sort of thing there so I'm told.
